NLP and Business Strategy

On NLP I always liked the structural thinking, which distinguish between form and content. This allows a more efficient perception and information gathering. The subject (business) strategy and NLP fit it in a good combination. Personally, I like it here the EKS strategy for Wolfgang Mewes very well, so I made here also an education. Someone has made an NLP training, as an additive or main focus, a strategy needs to assert itself in the market. This introduction of strategic thinking is similar to the EKS.

What is strategy?
A strategy is about the effective use of skills, powers and resources of an entrepreneur or a company.
Strategic thinking is now a “key technology”, because the strategy determines how you use your powers and resources. They are thus the competitors who have yet to consider thinking in purely economic and technical categories. Each company has initially limited resources it can use more or less great effect. The main question is always: How can I use these forces most effectively to the most effective point.

Concentration
1st By specializing to excellence. Those who pointed his forces concentrated instead scattered wide, relatively easy to overcome resistance

2nd Only the specialist who uses his strength fully, can offer top performance. Concentration on what you do best and what you can offer your customers the most benefit. Instead of a broad diversified offer, you have to sharp focus on a niche market.

3.Wer remains bogged down, on average. Failure and competition are often the result of a crucial strategic error: the dispersion of forces. After all, who in many markets offering a range of benefits can be at best average. The more you fritter your energies, the more difficult it is to do something very special. Current Opportunities and Challenges

The business leaders and technology executives are facing many new and very different challenges. The dynamics in the business has changed: The time for decision making has been reduced dramatically, the competition is aggressive and takes place on all fronts. At the same time innovations are always faster. To secure in this environment, their own competitive advantage, managers must give their employees better tools to hand – instruments, by their use more time for decision-making remains and give employees the confidence to make the right decisions. Previously it may have been sufficient to provide the jobs of employees with hardware and software. Today, however, employees must at all times and in a simple way to access reliable information. And if they are needed for the task and relevant.

New technological developments have kept in our industry source. If we consider the opportunities and challenges for 2004 in more detail, there are five factors driving the innovation, but may also hamper can:

1st The economy
Currently we are – as we hope – in the final phase of a global recession. This is accompanied by a much more critical assessment and review of investment decisions: How profitable is the investment? How can we measure success? What is the productivity growth? What are the tangible financial benefits this investment is concerned? The value of each investment must be measured by objective criteria.

2nd The resources
Management’s expectations remain high. It is expected that the same or even more for less service is provided. Or in other words: Fewer people are working on more tasks within a narrow time frame with clear definitions of objectives. This tension characterizes and defines the way you work today. Creative solutions are indispensable in a work environment in which less time remains for decision making and for reflection or strategic thinking: How should people come to the necessary information? How to optimally integrate these in the respective workflow? Read the rest of this entry »

Apple IOS limit competition or protect privacy

Apple will soon become the center of a new survey sponsored by the U.S. market to make sure if the house Cupertino is putting in place the practice is unfair to limit the scope of a competitor who plans to use advertising on mobile devices based on IOS.

Particular attention is given to changes Apple made to section 3.3.9 the terms of use, the section provides some important rules about user data. The amendment states that applications that can operate IOS “can not collect, use or disclose data to third parties or users of the same device without authorization” and also determine the conditions that enable the collection and sharing of data.

Section 3.3.9 further states that (probably) the data can be granted only “to an independent provider of advertising services, the major mobile ad distribution business.” This is the explanation which will be investigated, because the game automatically exclude the fact that, while working in advertising, whose principal business activity of another. Concrete examples? Google and Microsoft.

This story is interesting to consider two different positions: one is that Omar Hamou, CEO of AdMob (the company that specializes in mobile advertising and acquired by Google earlier this year), the other is that of David Barnard, the owner of a small software house that develops applications for the iPhone.

Hamou hold, carry the philosophy as stated also by Adobe: “This change is not in the interests of ‘users’, the username is’ developers: In the history of technology and innovation, it is clear that competition can provide artificial terbaik.hambatan results for competition and endanger the users and developers in the long term, lead to an impasse with the advancement of technology, “Hamou insists that since the beginning of the activities in AdMob 2006, the company has made efforts to support. developers-regardless of the platform-including upayauntuk money through advertising. Marketing Online

I met bloggers with thousands of subscribers to the RSS feeds and a gain equal to the weekly pocket money of my son. I’ve known authors of eBooks who believed in the power of publishing and popularizing the legend of big numbers, but they are still trying to figure out what went wrong. I have known SEO experts who mastered the secrets of indexation mechanisms and capturing thousands of daily visitors, but landed a job with a living tradition.I have known experts of information technology and communication that take advantage of the Web is relying on AdSense.

Well, I think I have met a considerable number of people making much ado about nothing. Thousands of visitors, groups on facebook, email marketing style Rockefeller … and then? Where are the profits, grain, money? Why do they still have a normal job? What credibility can boast, if they preach a type of wealth and prosperity that they do not know them personally? What online marketing is an area fragmented tragically, that is, made up of many small operators who fail to gain substantial market shares. Consultants, webmasters, SEO experts, are some of the many examples that can be done.

Fragmentation has many origins, but often depends on accessibility. If entry barriers are low (as in online markets), then it becomes a permanent factor.
What strategies should be adopted to get more market and to consolidate a profitable position? We talked in the past here on work-casa.com. But the issue remains very current. That’s why I decided to make a report titled “Online Marketing – Strategies for defense and attack,” raising the level of cognitive speculations and attempts to suggest to the reader a more entrepreneurial and strategic.
