Subsidized credit for the Modernization of Tourism
La Junta de Extremadura, especially the Ministry of Tourism has provided subsidized credit lines for the modernization of tourism in this region. Budget line is 120,000,000, which comes from the state Finance Fund; the application will be closed on Saturday, October 30.
Subsidized loans granted to different entities working at the local level: the business community, autonomous bodies and private companies in Extremadura.
With this sequence is to provide financial assistance plan for reform, modernization and complete conversion of a classic destination in Extremadura.
Order to determine that it may provide loans with a payment term of fifteen years, interest of 0.5%, with total investment to cover, at least three hundred thousand Euros and a maximum of 6 million Euros per beneficiary per year.
The projects to be financed are proposed to restore or modify the tourist facilities of the city or the natural environment or urban purposes. All entities or companies interested in obtaining these loans can apply for specific applications in the call model.
The various actions that are considered financing are:
-Renovation, expansion, renovation or construction of urban public facilities.
-Replacement, repair or development of tourist facilities.

Reducing urban-operation in tourism areas.
