What will the impact of the recent world financial crisis on the real economy and on the job? And what are the causes and reasons for the difficulty in ensuring journalists’ information as possible free and responsible, accessible and understandable to the most? We talked with Ferruccio de Bortoli, editor of Il Sole 24 Ore, the Italian economy which will give a lecture at the University of Zurich on 6 November.

Let’s start with the deal once a topic that in recent times is affecting the whole world: the financial crisis. In his opinion what are the repercussions that this crisis will have on our economy?
